2023 is here! It’s a great time to make some goals and work towards the things that you have been dreaming about since last year or years before. You can tweak goals, create SMART goals, you can even create a vision board. Goals can be in different aspects of your life: education, work, family, physical health, mental health, spirituality, finances, etc.
I’ll share a few personal goals to get the ball rolling:
1) Improve my physical health. I’ve been practicing yoga on a regular basis since May 2021. Recently I joined a yoga studio that offers different types of classes. I have my favorite class (Hot Yoga), but I would like to expand and take all the types of classes that the studio offers. I would like to see what I can get from each technique and I might even find a new favorite. That would be a nice surprise. By the end of 2023 I would like to try each class at the yoga studio.
2) Increase my blogging skills. This is my first blog post actually. I have only read a few articles about blogging. My husband recently gave me a book about blogging and I am learning a lot on the way. I would like to publish a new post at least twice a month by the end of 2023.
3) Learn a new language. I would like to learn French or at least enough French to be able to order food and make small conversations with native speakers.
